District E
District E is a historic worker housing district located in Manchester, New Hampshire, near the former Amoskeag Manufacturing Company millyard, at 258-322 McGregor Street on the west bank of the Merrimack River. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 12, 1982, and contains 5 contributing properties covering an area of approximately .〔(Hillsborough County - Historic Districts )〕
District E is located near the west portion of the historic former Amoskeag millyard, once one of the largest textile manufacturing companies in the world. It operated between 1831 and 1936.〔(Amoskeag Manufacturing Company )〕
